This is one of many events organized by the SISH Student Council with the aid of our Student Council mentors, Mr. Arun and Ms. Li Ying. We had the privilege of hosting this occasion at a beautiful restaurant called Stewords Riverboat at Marina South Pier. The entire restaurant is inside a real boat which generated a unique atmosphere and ambience (P.s. do not worry if you get seasick as the staff provide seasickness pills). Before the event commenced, we admired a Singaporean sunset which consisted of a breathtaking array of colours.

Around 7:00pm in the evening, the crowd started to filter in and they entertained themselves with an interactive photobooth filled with a variety of props. A short opening speech by our Managing Director, Mr. Chia Tuck Keong and followed by our Head of Academic Department, Mr. Isaac, gave the summary of our bustling school year. A buffet-style dinner was presented which included a variety of nachos, sausages, turkey quesadillas, roasted vegetable skewers and fruits. Soon, the games began. Prizes such as Starbucks vouchers and Sephora vouchers are given to the winners. Our personal favourite was the lipsync battle where three groups of contestants gave entertaining performances. A big congratulation to the winners of our prom king and prom queen of the night; votes were cast in by both the staff and the students. It was a great way to end the school term, bid goodbye to 2016 and collectively celebrate our achievements.
