EduTrust (4-Year) Certification

The EduTrust Certification Scheme (EduTrust) is a quality assurance scheme administered and governed by the Committee for Private Education, SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG/CPE) for Private Education Institutions (PEIs) in Singapore. The SSG/CPE functions independently as the regulatory authority of the private education industry in Singapore and is responsible for all decisions under the EduTrust Certification Scheme. SSG/CPE aims to raise the standards of the industry to ensure PEIs provide a higher standard of educational services and good student/graduate outcomes.

Award is given to PEIs for sustaining an excellent level of performance in managing their institutions and providing high quality education standards and welfare for their students. The EduTrust has a validity of up to four years.

Institute of Hospitality (UK) is an internationally renowned professional body for advancing and promoting quality standards and education within the hospitality industry. Institute of Hospitality (IoH) accreditation confers on an organisation the international recognition of a quality standard in respect of programmes that are relevant to the needs of the hospitality, leisure and tourism industries and which meet accepted Institute of Hospitality benchmark standards. SISH Institute is not only the first education institution in Singapore but also the first education institution in Southeast Asia, amongst the public and private education institutes, to have achieved this prestigious accreditation. Together with SISH on the IoH accreditation listing are esteemed education institutions like Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Ryerson University (Canada), Sheffield Hallam University (UK) and University of Strathclyde (UK).

Accreditation Commission for Programs in Hospitality Administration (ACPHA)

SISH Institute has been successfully granted accreditation by ACPHA (Accreditation Commission for Programs in Hospitality Administration) of the United States for our Advanced Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management program for the full period of seven years. We are the first education institute in Asia to achieve the ACPHA accreditation. This new accreditation again affirms SISH Institute’s high standards of academic quality and decidedly boosts the recognition of SISH’s qualifications internationally. Our Advanced Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management (ADHTM) program now boasts double international accreditation – ACPHA, USA, and IOH, UK (Institute of Hospitality) – which differentiates us from the other hospitality programs. Besides the SISH Advanced Diploma scroll, our ADHTM graduates will also receive a personalized “Certified Hospitality Graduate” certificate from ACPHA.
