Resolve all Feedback & ComplaintsWithin 21 days from date of feedback
Course Transfer / WithdrawalAssess and reply requests for Withdrawal / Transfer within 4 weeks from transfer application.
Process Refund for Course Withdrawal (if qualified)Within seven (7) working days
Release of Examination Results Four (4) to six (6) weeks from the last day of final examination
Release of AppealThe appeal results will be released within four (4) weeks for SISH programmes, and within eight (8) weeks for non-SISH programmes
