On 31 May 2023, our Diploma students enthusiastically immersed themselves in the art of mixology as they participated in a simulation mocktail session. With a passion for concocting delightful beverages, they skillfully mixed various ingredients, experimenting with flavors and proportions to create refreshing and visually appealing mocktails. This hands-on experience allowed our students to develop their creativity, refine their mixology techniques, and gain a deeper understanding of the intricate world of beverage preparation.
