In view of the ongoing 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV), SISH Institute has stepped up our measures to maintain high standards of sanitation and personal hygiene. Hand sanitisers and disinfectant sprays have been placed around the school premises, and we have implemented compulsory temperature screening for all students, staff, and visitors. In addition, surgical masks will be issued to students who are unwell as well.
At the end of each day, all classrooms and common areas will be disinfected. Student volunteers from each class will make sure that all desks are sanitised each day.
Advisories posters issued by the Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH) are also placed around the campus to teach students the proper way to wear a surgical mask and the correct steps to washing hands.
Students who are unable to attend lessons during this period do not have to worry about missing out as they can do so via a video conference during the lecture.
Together, let us do our part, exercise personal hygiene and be socially responsible, we can do this! ✨
