Yesterday our Advanced Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management (ADHTM) students attended a comprehensive Dining Etiquette workshop at the upper deck of Stewords Riverboat.
Table manners play a huge part in creating a favourable impression and is essential for professional success – especially in the hospitality industry.
This workshop, facilitated by our Deputy Programme Head, Mr Arun, provides helpful tips on how to apply appropriate behaviour in a dining setting and leave a positive impression in social-business nuances.
SISH Institute and Vatel Singapore organise these workshops and events to make sure students’ learning experience are dynamic and holistic – learning goes beyond books and it is our mission to prepare and groom students to excel in their career.
Students and lecturers enjoyed their delectable meals and had an amazing time! We hope the ADHTM students have acquired vital knowledge on basic dining etiquette last evening and apply in real life settings in the future.
