Greek Luncheon 31 JULY 2017

Our ADHTM Students organised a luncheon event that served delicious Greek cuisine to guests in our Hospitality Lab. Through this assignment, students can grasp hands-on practical experience about food and beverage and service operations.

Students’performance are then assessed by lecturers on table service and table layout. This fun and challenging assignment provides an opportunity for students to showcase their technical skills, management skills, leadership skills, and confidence.
