The annual Inter-PEI Mocktail Competition has returned again! Organised by Lecturer Mr Clarence, this event was conceived with the objective for students from different schools to come together and have a friendly shake down.
The Inter-PEI Mocktail Competition gives participants a great learning experience to display their bartending flair in front of key industry players.
Everyone displayed great showmanship and demonstrated bartending aptitude in front of the judges and guests.
We are delighted to announce the 5 winners of the competition:
1st – Wu Ka Man Carmen, SISH Institute, with her concoction – Bright Sunday
2nd – Abigail Chieng Qiu Hua, SISH Institute, with her concoction – Urban Oasis
3rd – Pham Thi Huyen Nhung (Hasu), Boston Business School, with her concoction – Anata no E gao
4th – Stefanie Soh, SISH Institute – Magnificient Royalties
5th – D. Rosheen Krikenberk, London School of Business and Finance, with her concoction – Mangkiw Mocktail
We are glad to have the honour of industry professionals and experts as the judging panel at this event. Their presence allows us to improve the standards of the competition, as well as to provide guidance for participants.
On our front panel, we have:

- Ms Juliana Tan, HORECA Manager of Nestle Nespresso Singapore
Once again we would like to congratulate all winners. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to all participants who took their time to train hard for this competition.
As quoted by Mr Lens Gwee, almost everyone performed extraordinarily well and he was thoroughly impressed with the showmanship skills. We hope to see everyone again next year!
