Let’s raise a toast to the incredible journey we’ve shared in our Wine Appreciation Class during our Food & Beverage Knowledge class. Throughout this week, we embarked on a voyage through the fascinating world of wine, uncovering its rich history and refining our skills in tasting and food pairing.
We embraced the technique of the 4 S’s, engaging our senses by using our sight, smelling, sipping, and summarizing. It was a week filled with sipping, savoring, and acquiring knowledge, all made possible by the boundless enthusiasm and inquisitiveness of our exceptional students.
